I am a book lover, I enjoy reading about nearly anything but my favorite genre has got to be YA!
Crown of Midnight - Sarah J. Maas Wahh? *jaw drops* that was amazing. I think this topped Throne of Glass it is no wonder it has become a New York Times best seller. So this book holds so much more than Throne of Glass. Celaena kicks so much butt in this novel it is ridiculous.
description
I was a bit worried for her because in ToG she became the King’s champion. However Celaena is Celaena and does what she knows best defying people. There is some steamy romance (I’m not telling between who but you will love it!). Celaena finds more deep, deep dark secrets that will leave your jaw hanging ajar.
I want to tell you so much about it but I really don’t want to give anything away
So I will just say yes, yes read it! The story is written in such a way that makes it easy to read, there are plenty of details to keep you hooked throughout the novel, and you will not see the end of it coming. Enjoy!
Now to wait for the next book this is me..

Whatever It Takes - L. Maretta I finally finished reading it! It took me only two days that’s how good it was I could not put it down. About this story… It is about Emma who has been happily married for many years with Gavin. They have just finished perfecting their dream home her friends are jealous (in a good way) of the great life she has. One day Gavin tells her something that shatters the image she had of their perfect marriage. It leaves her feeling vulnerable and like she was part of the reason why began to fall apart. Gavin tries to pull Emma back to him he made a stupid brief moment decision at first he kept it hidden not wanting Emma to know but he knew how wrong that was and confessed. Emma sees him but doesn’t quite see the man she married, would the man she married have hurt her this badly? They try to make it work but other problems land on the main problem and Emma becomes engulfed with problems, what will she do? I highly suggest this title!

Early-Words: Simplified Chinese Food Words: 11

Early-Words Simplified Chinese Food Words - Hui-Chen Donahue I love this book! I am currently learning Chinese so this book has helped me add a few more words to my vocabulary it seems intended for children but since my Chinese is lower than a child's level this was ideal for me!
Falling From Disgrace - L. Maretta I really enjoyed Falling From Disgrace there was never a dull moment. Adrianna is a very strong character she finds herself a bit broken in the beginning putting blame on herself for the death of her best friend. She leaves her hometown because everything is a reminder of her loss and the blame. Adrianna attempts to start over but only finds herself taking painkillers to numb the pain both physically and emotionally. The closest thing to a friend she has is her neighbor Heather. One day Heather convinces her to have a girl's night out and she agrees, this moment is when she meets Jack, he is handsome, kind and far to good for her or at least that's what Adrianna thinks. She feels like once he gets to know her the real her he will run away but the more time they spent together the closer he gets and the more he wants to help. The relationship seems stuck at one point because of the lies she holds she is scared of losing him, will she be able to explain everything to him, her past, her dependency on pain killers, and her grief?

Skinned - Robin Wasserman The story is about Lia Kahn she has everything, she is beautiful, popular and rich but one day this all changes she gets into a terrible accident she is injured badly and little can be done to save her. Acting quickly to preserve her life she is downloaded into a machine that looks human but is far from it given the term “skinners”. She is still Lia but in a different way she is now a machine in the shape of a girl and the “body” she is given hardly resembles her old self. Everything is different her family, friends and boyfriend all react different to the “new Lia” and rapidly her popularity plummets, her friends become distant and her boyfriend leaves her. This book was a very compelling read I disliked some of the procedures of the “download process” only because it didn’t sound like something realistic from a scientific point of view but other than that the story is intriguing Lia is able to do many things others can’t she will never tire, eat, sleep, dream nor die but people fear the unknown and that is what Lia is. She is feared, hated and out casted. Lia must now become accustomed to her new life. How will she do it? Read and find out.
Say When (Something More #1) - Tara West I went into this book not knowing what to expect I didn't even read the summary which I must admit this is the best way for me to enjoy a book. My rating for this book is four stars: ★★★★

The story is about Christina who has always done what others told her. Obeyed her parents, her demanding mother on whom she should date/marry, and her boyfriend who seems to always make things out to be her fault. One day everything feels like to much she detaches herself from everything that has always been done because of others and has nothing to do with what she wants to do. Christina is adamant that she will change for the better but when she meets Andrés everything changes. There is chemistry between the two but there are also secrets that threaten to destroy what they have. Christina holds her secrets close will she reveal this to Andrés? Will Andrés reveal his own secrets? Or is their love going to perish as quickly as it flowered?

Christina is an American born and molded into high society. Andrés is Hispanic and works in a shop as a mechanic. There is nothing that should have brought these two together but something does.

Boys Over Flowers: Hana Yori Dango, Vol. 3 - Yoko Kamio, 神尾葉子 I really enjoy reading this manga it is so funny I don't like the art all that much but the story line keeps me wanting to read it also the drama is amazing!
The Assassin and the Healer - Sarah J. Maas Very good shows a glimpse of Calaena human side. After having done something she had believed was right (freed he slaves) she is punished and finds herself in an inn before she has to go to the Red Dessert angry and irritated she is practically begging for a fight three days on the inn but no one steps up disappointed she finds herself using any excuse for a fight so when she sees a woman who works at the inn in trouble she defends her for her own amusement but finds herself intrigued by this woman. And she finds herself doing things she didn't have planned like teaching her how to defend herself and helping her out with a few gold coins so she can achieve her dream.

Blogger Girl - Meredith Schorr My thoughts:
I loved this book because I am a blogger and to me books are precious I cannot imagine how I would feel if someone I strongly disliked published a book and let alone has the guts to ask you to review it. What would I have personally done? Would I turn down the offer? Would I give in to curiosity? This book was really engaging there were some parts of the book that felt like fillers but soon after it picked up and once it did it was irresistible and impossible to put down. I am not a big fan of chick lit I enjoy YA more but this book is a great exception and I adore the cover just look at Kim in her louboutin shoes and the ever growing pile of books a blogger has (it comes with the job).

My rating: Four stars! ★★★★

Crewel - Gennifer Albin This book is very different from what I have read and I mean that in a good way! It creates a world within a world, the idea of being able to weave your world as it is seen fit is remarkable. Arras is the world controlled by spinsters and I mean controlled as in they decide everything. However spinsters are chosen during testing and Adelice has been taught by her parent to fail this test however she is compelled to touch the loom and she does, only know they know how capable she is and she is taken into a world that is different for her own, filled with secrets, manipulations, and perhaps a spark of hope? What she learns can keep her as a prisoner forever unless she uses it correctly then maybe just maybe it can set her free...

First Kiss (A Heavy Influence Novel, #1) - Ann Marie Frohoff When I began to read this I was quickly captivated by the characters a few times I wanted to stop reading but I am glad I finished it. Very few books move me emotionally enough to make me tear up let alone cry this book managed that. I would easily rate it 5 stars because it truly deserves that it may have a few flaws but they are minuscule compared to the book as a whole. I recommend it to all.
It is about two teens in love Aly 14 and Jake 17. For many reasons they can't exactly tell people they are dating because one she isn't allowed to date in the first place and two he is much older than her. Time however seems to be against them slowly people begin to find out about them and the more people find out the more pressured they are given about how it is all WRONG. They fight to keep their relationship strong but many obstacles are thrown their way.

Sky on Fire - Emmy Laybourne I enjoyed this book it is such a simple and quick read. At some points I was gripping the pages so hard because of the situation in the book. Overall I enjoyed the ending and I am glad to have picked it up.
